What is Roofline?
1. Guttering & Downpipes
Gutters are installed to provide the correct gutter fall to allow rainwater to drain away efficiently. Support brackets are installed a maximum 800mm apart. Manufactured to meet BS EN 150 9002. Downpipes are available in square or round style, downpipes carry rainwater from guttering to the drains. Downpipes are fixed to brickwork a minimum of 800mm apart.
2. Fascias
Supports guttering and tile edges and protects rafters.
3. Soffit
Protects underneath the rafters.
4. Box End
The finishing piece that marries together the fascia,
soffit and bargeboard.
5. Bargeboard
Provides a finish to the gable end of
your home sealing the verge.
Bargeboards and fascias are
manufactured from 19mm heavy
duty board to provide long life and
durability. Finished with a highly polished
surface to reflect heat to reduce expansion and contraction problems which may occur with thinner boards. A foamed core makes it lightweight and resistant to water ingress. 5 mtr lengths are used to produce fewer joins.
